Why you're here

Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the disguise website, email automation and online presence such as the community platform whilst supporting the inbound marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, working closely with the Head of Demand and Senior Designer Lead, you will manage the planning, SEO, build, testing, reporting and optimisation of the website, emails and online platforms.

You will regularly analyse and report on the performance of the website, email platform and social channels, identifying opportunities, recommendations and optimisation techniques to improve acquisition, engagement and conversion rates. Experience in Umbraco, VWO, Pardot, SEO, SEM, CRO, Google Analytics or similar tools is essential. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a start-up, and a proven ability/or aptitude to execute projects to support growth objectives.


Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Website Content Management: Develop and coordinate the website project plan with milestones and timelines. Managing the overall delivery working with our lead user experience designer.
  • Email Automation: Design and monitor nurture programmes, including email building, data management, system integrations and reporting.
  • Performance and Reporting: Establish clear objectives and KPIs for our digital channels including a roadmap of priorities for future optimisation. Report and communicate performance to wider business stakeholders in Marketing and across the business. Create measurement reports and dashboards in Google Analytics and Pardot to assess and optimise performance of website, email strategy, and social channels.
  • Own SEO and website optimisation: Create a clear SEO strategy for our public website ensuring that it is discoverable and optimised for search thereby increasing traffic to the site, clicks and lead generation, with accountability for increased traffic and leads.
  • Manage External Resource: Execute the SEO strategy by partnering with our external freelance resources. Managing their time and owning implementation of their findings.
  • Daily Website and Email Management: Manage planned and ad-hoc website content change requests and updates as well as email execution.
  • Team collaboration: Partner with the wider campaigns team to inform best practice landing page formats and sharing insight collected on keyword research to inform the wider content strategy. Support the team to deliver new website content and landing pages and across social .




  • General understanding of SEO
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant, progressive digital marketing and website management experience in a B2B environment, with good business acumen
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully developing, executing and delivering on- and off-page optimization projects, including link building that deliver ROI in a B2B environment
  • Experience building and optimising email nurture programmes to optimise results, including create A/B or multivariate testing plans
  • Experience using tools including Umbraco, VWO, Pardot, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar 
  • Basic-intermediate skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Markdown
  • Extensive knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) and website management
  • Demonstrable ability to conceptualise and develop effective, high-impact web pages, digital experiences and content
  • Confident carrying out technical SEO audits
  • A good eye for design, layout and UX
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a relevant discipline (Marketing, Business, Economics etc)



  • Experience working in another fast-growing start-up preferred
  • Experience within Virtual Production, Broadcast, Film, Live Events, Concert Touring
  • Data-driven with an analytical mind-set
