Why you're here

As the first impression of disguise, you will be able to evangelise about the product and inspire potential customers to want to discover more about the disguise ecosystem: the platform for creatives and technologists to imagine, create and deliver spectacular visual experiences. The Inside Sales Representative is a cross territory role, driving lead generation, management and sales team activity from LA to London and beyond. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be sociable, tenacious, dynamic, self-motivated, and keen to develop your international experience.



  • Book calls, meetings, video calls for the sales and technical solutions team
  • Lead generation and qualification; acting on marketing data analytics to hone in on warm leads to make them even hotter!
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. 
  • Attract new business opportunities to attend Events/Open Houses/ Trainings.
  • Follow up on trade show, webinar and event leads after each event.
  • Focused outbound prospecting with the individual sales team. Eg. Contact the top 20 rental houses in the Mid West. Find the top 20 systems integrators for broadcast in North America and a relevant contact.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business


Desirable requirements

  • High levels of numeracy and literacy.
  • Understanding of consultancy questioning to identify needs and work out solutions for customers which drive sales/profit.
  • Customer Service Skills: Inside sales reps will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Flexibility: Inside sales reps might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
