Why you're here

This is a critical role to ensure disguise’s continued growth. A large proportion of your time will be spent supporting the Operation’s Team.

 

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Assisting logistics team with movement of stocks. 
  • Assisting logistics team with custom clearance.
  • Collecting the shipping confirmation globally every month for audit purpose.
  • Assisting with maintaining all assets ( servers and VFCs) location accurately on SalesForce.
  • Assist with upgrades, RMA’s- keeping our SalesForce updated.
  • Assist with the loaners and advanced replacement units locations and logistics of those.
  • Liaising with Sales Operations on RMAs costs and Prices quotations and ensuring Purchase Orders are issued from Customers and to Repair Centres.
  • Assisting management in day to day activities.
  • Support Operations team with daily administration tasks.
  • Working with suppliers on new and existing products price and availability, for example Peli Cases for the servers, spare parts…
  • Ensuring tasks are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prioritising tasks according to importance and urgency.
  • Ensuring tasks and enquiries are handled end to end.

 

Skills

Essential:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Experience of SalesForce or another CRM system desirable.
  • Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Excel, Word, emails
  • Great organisational skills
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to learn fast and well
  • Prioritisation Skills
  • Able to work effectively individually as well as in a team
  • Able to listen to and follow guidelines effectively
  • Professional and enthusiastic
  • Friendly, approachable and helpful.
  • Honest, discreet, trustworthy.

 

Desirable:

  • Industry experience a plus
