Jo Pauly has worked on the AV industry since the age of 13 and is now part of Visual-Solutions in Belgium, as project manager and chief engineer on some very large international shows, events and concerts.
Jo is passionate about projection, operating, media servers, complex video setups, LED, multicamera and interactivity. He is also a dedicated disguise operator with a lot of experience and a certified disguise trainer.
