Introducing MyDisguise: your new home for Disguise software

We’re excited to introduce a new self-service portal that will transform your Disguise software experience.

Historically, the process for purchasing and managing Disguise software hasn’t always been optimised for efficiency, flexibility and ease of use. We’ve listened to feedback from our community and are excited to announce that we will be launching a new, unified platform for you to view, manage, assign and purchase your Disguise software, all in one place.

From product discovery to billing and management, MyDisguise brings everything together in a single platform to make the Disguise software experience smoother than ever before. You can easily see what licenses you own, when they expire, and who they are assigned to on your team, all accessible with the same login credentials you use for Disguise Cloud. You’ll also have the flexibility to buy, renew, upgrade, and cancel yourself directly on the platform - no waiting on manual processes or going back and forth on emails to make a change.

What is MyDisguise?

MyDisguise is your new home for Disguise software. For the first time, your profile, subscriptions, licenses, downloads, and billing live in one place, behind the login you already use. Buy monthly or annual subscriptions online, renew or cancel on your terms, and assign licenses and roles across your team within your organisation. Everything you own today carries over automatically - same software, same pricing, no interruption. It replaces disconnected systems and manual processes with a simple, flexible, self-service platform.

Do I need a new account to use MyDisguise?

If you are an existing Disguise Cloud user, you can login to MyDisguise using your Disguise Cloud credentials. Users without an existing Disguise Cloud login can create a MyDisguise account directly on the new platform.

What’s happening to Disguise Cloud?

MyDisguise will be replacing Disguise Cloud as your go-to platform to purchase, access and manage your software. Disguise Mapping Matter, Disguise Drive and Disguise Previz will all be accessible from MyDisguise.

What will happen to my Disguise Cloud Studio subscription?

All Disguise Cloud Studio subscriptions will be converted into a Mapping Matter subscription. There is no extra charge or price change, and you will retain access to both the new and legacy versions of Mapping Matter, as well as Disguise Drive, within your MyDisguise dashboard.

What happens to my existing products, subscriptions and licences?

Everything moves with you - your login, products, subscriptions and licences all carry over automatically with no interruption to access. 

What products and software will I be able to view and manage on MyDisguise?

At launch, you will be able to discover, purchase and manage a range of Disguise software and tools including Disguise Designer Starter, Disguise Designer Pro, Disguise X Series (coming soon), and Mapping Matter. We will be expanding this product set over time.

Is there any change to pricing?

There will be no changes to pricing - all your existing entitlements will remain the same.

Do I need to do anything before MyDisguise launches?

There are no actions required; your account migration over to MyDisguise will be automated. Existing products, subscriptions and licences will all move automatically and you can use your existing Disguise Cloud credentials to sign in once MyDisguise is available.

When will MyDisguise launch?

MyDisguise will launch Wednesday 30 September.
