For his 2026 Summer Tour, DJ FISHER entertained fans at both indie festivals and massive arenas with his trademark combination of high-energy EDM music and playful on-stage persona. Creative agency High Scream was tasked with designing a visual narrative to match the DJ’s house tracks, while staying true to his personality.
Together with Not Cool Enough’s operator Giovanni Rossi and technology partners Ti22, the High Scream team used Disguise’s X2 and Designer software to deliver Notch visuals for both precisely time-coded songs and off-the-cuff busked moments. This gave FISHER the freedom to play unscripted tracks live at any point in his set, all while travelling between drastically different stages and venue sizes.
The challenge
Ensuring visuals could reliably be displayed across back-to-back shows on new stages was the biggest challenge the technical team faced as FISHER’s tour moved through the summer festival circuit.
While a GX 3+ was used for FISHER’s Silverworks Island show in London in early July, freighting the same server rack was impossible at other dates in the summer due to the DJ’s tight travel schedule. Instead, the team needed a lightweight system capable of driving arena-level visual shows from carry-on luggage.
The solution
To solve the demands of mobility and scale, Giovanni Rossi and the Ti22 team deployed an X2, which allowed them to effortlessly shift their project to and from the GX 3+ while maintaining a consistent show file across both environments.
“We wanted the reliability of the Disguise platform in a form factor that would enable us to move from show to show,” says Giovanni. “The X2 and GX 3+ setup did this by helping us work in a much more flexible way than any other solution on the market. We could precisely tailor our hardware to scale based on the screen setups and needs of the venue, including the show budget requirements, without compromising on quality.”
Using a Disguise setup also made integrating live camera feeds and Notch blocks easier, as every visual element could be anchored by a grandMA3 lighting console that drove Disguise via Sockpuppet. By establishing dual transport layers, Giovanni could run auto-triggered timecode sequences for scripted tracks while independently improvising video loops during “busk” sections. Disguise served as the central hub, managing live video playback alongside real-time Notch block camera processing, NDI video routing, and an Art-Net merge to control the lighting rig without overloading the system.
The results
By the end of the summer, FISHER had played everywhere from Tomorrowland and UNVRS Ibiza to Phi Beach in Sardinia and Veld Music Festival in Canada. Throughout it all, the Disguise setup ensured high-production value DJ visuals could be displayed without any hiccups, even when FISHER decided to mix different songs at different points in his set.
“It’s always amazing the amount of technology that hides behind even the most seemingly simple show, and FISHER’s tour was no different. Creating impressive Notch visuals that can quickly scale to whatever the venue and artist require every day isn’t easy,” Giovanni concludes. “Luckily, Disguise’s reliability and versatility made it so that we never had to worry about all the elements involved in running a tour like this one. Everything gets triggered from the MA3 desk, and Disguise does the heavy lifting for us.”

To deliver the visuals for Martin Garrix' global performances, his team enlisted the help of the creative experts at PHNTM and the technical solutions team at All of it Now.
Together, they used the portable Disguise X2 and X3, alongside Disguise’s Designer software to ensure Garrix’s DJ visuals could be delivered across a variety of different venues throughout the summer of 2026, all while being transported to new countries on a moment’s notice.
