Fuse Technical Group has made a decisive play to dominate the global live events market by becoming the first customer in the Americas to invest in Disguise’s next-generation GX 3+ media server. With an order of 50 units - representing a third of all available stock worldwide - Fuse will own the largest GX 3+ fleet on the planet, underlining their commitment to creativity and innovation.
This bold move reflects the company’s uncompromising ambition to make Fuse the number one production technology provider in the world. Already the largest Disguise inventory holder globally and the only US-based Disguise Certified Solution Partner (CSP), Fuse is doubling down on this mission with a game-changing expansion that will see it deliver even more complex and visually ambitious shows across every entertainment vertical.
Fuse operates from multiple offices and service centres across North America, supplying the technical backbone for some of the most iconic productions of recent years - from global tours for Imagine Dragons, My Chemical Romance, Tyler the Creator and Noah Kahan, to the VMAs, Oscars and Superbowl Halftime Show, and high-impact immersive activations for world-leading brands. With its new GX 3+ investment, Fuse is uniquely positioned to elevate productions to a new level with unprecedented creative power and technical reliability.
As Disguise’s highest-accredited U.S. partner, Fuse has consistently set the standard for innovation and execution. With the GX 3+ fleet, both companies are tightening their collaboration to pioneer future projects together, building on their long-standing partnership. The CSP status not only underscores Fuse’s unrivalled technical expertise but also its ability to act as a trusted extension of the Disguise team, ensuring that clients across North America gain direct access to the very latest innovations and support.
Ryan Middlemiss, Director of Media Servers at Fuse, comments: “The GX 3+ represents the most technically capable media server on the market today. With exceptional generative graphics power and a 175% increase in Notchmarks, the GX 3+ unlocks new, boundary-pushing capabilities for content teams, productions, and experiences worldwide. This investment was an easy decision - we’re committed to giving our customers access to the most advanced solutions available.”
Fernando Kufer, CEO at Disguise, adds: “Fuse has always been a trailblazer - their projects push boundaries and their ambition sets them apart. This record-breaking GX 3+ investment is more than a fleet upgrade: it’s a clear signal of Fuse’s intent to lead the industry. We hugely value their long-standing partnership, and together we are entering a new era where scale, creativity and technology combine to unlock extraordinary experiences.”
The Disguise GX 3+ is now available to order and is expected to ship in Q4 2025.
